Hayley has made such a positive difference for our family. She’s supported us in achieving things that once felt like big challenges — for example, X is now having baths, which used to be a real ordeal. We’ve also seen a big improvement with school, with X managing three positive days in a row this week, something that hasn’t happened in a long time.
She’s helped me to feel much more aware and confident in how I support X, which has been invaluable. At the same time, there’s been great progress with Y — his support is coming into place, and he’s beginning to talk about his emotions (even if a little reluctantly!).
